A young Bangladeshi woman, Nusrat Jahan Nipa (30), recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records by arranging one coin on top of another using one hand in one minute. He set the record by arranging 71 coin towers in one minute.
Earlier, the record for the most coins stacking in one minute was held by an Italian young man named Silvio Saba. Silvio stacked 69 coins for the Guinness World Records in 2015.
Nusrat Jahan Nipa now owns the Guinness World Record by winning two more coins than the Italian man, Silvio in the 'Most Coin Stranded in a Tower' category of Guinness Book.
Nusrat Jahan Nipa received the acknowledgment letter for 71 coin stacking in one minute from Guinness World Records on Tuesday.
Nusrat Jahan Nipa is a resident of Lutfar Rahman Road near Nathullabad Bus Terminal in Barisal city and she is the wife of bank official Kazi Samsuzzaman.
Nusrat Jahan, the only daughter of Dewan Abdur Rashid and Parveen Akhter from the South Sagardi area of the city, has completed her Masters in Chemistry from Government Brajmohan (BM) College. And she is currently working in a private development organization (NGO).
Nusrat Jahan Nipa said I was spending lazy time at home in lockdown during COVID-19 in 2020. Then the video of coins decorated in the shape of Silvio Saber Tower of Italy caught my eye on YouTube.
Then I also started arranging one coin after another for coin stacking practice. And I have been practicing regularly for a month. After the lockdown, there was no practice due to a busy schedule.
I started practicing with coins again in March this year. I knew it was difficult to get a place in Guinness World Records. This requires regular practice and dedicated attention. So I keep practicing with concentration. Eventually, success comes.
"In mid-August, I applied for the Guinness Book of World Records' Most Coin Stranded in a Tower" challenge to break Silvio's record in Italy, she said. Guinness World Records authorities responded about a month after the request she sent.
They instructed me to participate in the competition. Following that instruction, on August 24, 2021, I was able to break the Italian man Silvio's record by stacking 71 coins using one hand in one minute.
Silvio recorded 69 coins in one minute. I stacked two more coins in one minute, or 71 coins, in the shape of a tower.
As a claimant to the record, I sent video and accompanying evidence to the Guinness World Records Authority. After that, the authorities gave recognition after checking and sorting. And then I received the certificate of recognition on Tuesday.
Nusrat Jahan Nipa said, “My husband Kazi Samsuzzaman inspired me during the practice. And his enthusiasm boosted my confidence. It is a matter of luck to find such a life partner."
The husband of Nusrat Jahan Nipa, Kazi Samsuzzaman said that Nipa tries to do exactly what she does and she has a lot of patience. I believed she could. She has succeeded.
